1. GRANT OF LICENSE
By downloading, accessing, or utilizing any artwork, video files, audio 
recordings, musical compositions, sound design assets, or related digital media 
(collectively, the "Assets") created by Trent Anthony Francis ("Author"), you 
are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, 
remix, edit, adapt, and incorporate the Assets into any personal, professional, 
educational, or commercial project without paying licensing fees or recurring 
royalties.

2. PERMITTED USES
You are free to:
- Use the Assets in films, video games, broadcasts, podcasts, streams, live 
  performances, digital advertising, commercial releases, software, and physical 
  media.
- Cut, alter, loop, pitch-shift, color-grade, distort, composite, or transform 
  the Assets into derivative works.
- Monetize projects incorporating the Assets on platforms such as YouTube, 
  Spotify, Steam, Twitch, Vimeo, and television networks without restriction.

3. RESTRICTIONS & PROHIBITED USES
- No Resale or Raw Redistribution: You may not re-upload, package, redistribute, 
  or sell the raw, unedited Assets as standalone stock assets, sample libraries, 
  sound packs, video loops, or digital templates, whether for profit or for free. 
  The Assets must be part of an integrated, larger creative work.
- Explicit & Age-Restricted Content: Use of age-restricted, NSFW, or explicit 
  adult material requires explicit prior written consent from the Author.
- Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech: The Assets must never be used in connection 
  with any content that promotes racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, violence, 
  harassment, or bigotry. Any such use immediately and automatically revokes 
  this license, subjecting the infringer to legal takedowns and copyright claims.

4. ATTRIBUTION (OPTIONAL BUT APPRECIATED)
Attribution is completely voluntary. If you choose to credit the Author to 
support open-access independent media and help other creators discover these 
resources, a simple credit line is greatly appreciated:
