1. LICENSE GRANT & PERMITTED USE
When you download or use any visual, audio, or digital media created by Trent
Anthony Francis ("the Assets"), you receive a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free
license to use, edit, remix, and monetize them in any personal, commercial, or
educational project. You are free to adapt the files and use them in films, games,
podcasts, live streams, commercial releases, advertising, software, and social
platforms without paying royalties. The only exception applies to files
explicitly labeled "Personal Use Only", which are restricted to private,
non-commercial use due to third-party agreements.

2. RESTRICTIONS & PROHIBITED USES
You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or share the raw, unedited Assets
as standalone stock files, sample packs, loops, or templates, whether for free
or for profit. The Assets must be integrated into a larger creative work.
Additionally, these Assets must never be used in connection with hate speech,
harassment, bigotry, violence, or discriminatory content. Any such use
immediately voids your license and may result in legal action or copyright
takedowns.

3. ATTRIBUTION & WARRANTY

All Assets are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and the creator
is not liable for any damages or legal claims resulting from your use of the files.
